    Today I took my Grabdson to watch Cars3. We sat through the commercials & movie trailers until the main feature, this is where our problem started. Next minute the screen went white, the lights stayed on & nothing happened. The whole cinema sat there waiting for the movie to start for almost 30 mins before we were told there was a problem with the projector. The manager apologised & said he was happy to give a refund, or concession free of charge to another session or you could just go to the next session which was next door in cinema 5, we were in cinena 6. We were there for the 9:30am session, the next was 10:30am. The problem like everyone else was that we had paid for parking & no one cared about reimbursing that! Then we had to put up with people telling us "Your sitting in my seat" when we were told to go in & sit down! All in all it was a pretty "Piss Poor Effort" From Hoyts at Penrith. This should've been handled better than it was, considering also we had to sit on seats that weren't clean.....Pretty sad when you have kids, what do your staff do berween movie, obviously they don't clean!!! Cheers from a disgruntled customer, who won't be going there again & will also get the message out to everyone else via Trip Advisor & Face Book. Cheers, Tony Bradford.
