- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆So we waited & waited & waited. No acknowledgment of the fact that everyone behind us was asked to go to another counter & we left with $300 worth of plants was left standing there for 15 minutes whilst your customer service assistant who was dealing with a customer in front of us dealt with a situation he wasn't experienced enough to deal with. Parking whereby we had to wheel our trolleys on to the main road and then wheel them back 150 metres.
