  Great food nice outside

  Lota served me, and didn't say the quacamole was $2 extra. Didn't even mention it. When I went to pay, the cashier was told "it's a chicken burrito and quacamole," so I ask the cashier what the relevance of that is. "It's $2," she says, and I tell her I'm not paying it. The server offering all the items didn't say anything about the extra $2. The cashier didn't charge me, which was great, but I'm sure Lota has done this before, and will still be doing it now. Immediately after me she tried doing it to my partner. And when confronted with it ("You didn't say anything about the price") she shrugged with an insipid smile and pointed at the menu, as if every customer is supposed to have read and memorised the whole thing before placing an order. What crap. I love the food, but this is the second time this same worker has buggered me around, so the 1 star is for you. (And it's the principle of the thing. Paying $2 is easy, but not even being told about it? After you've been offered all the free things [lettuce tomato whatever] ) is sheer disrespect to all customers.
